Sub-Processors of Personal Data
This article communicates the current list of companies who are authorized to process personal data on behalf of Acai Travel in connection with delivering the Acai Travel Platform and related services. These companies are known as sub-processors. Acai Travel engages with two types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below: third-party sub-processors and Acai Travel affiliate sub-processors.
Third Party Sub-Processors
Acai Travel performs due diligence on the technical and organizational security measures of all third party sub-processors, and requires each to commit to obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data.

Acai Travel Affiliate Sub-Processors
For purposes of transparency and clarity, Acai Travel and its affiliates (“Acai Travel Affiliate Sub-processors”) may also process personal data on behalf of Acai Travel in connection with delivering the Acai Travel Platform and related services, including to a particular region. Acai Travel Affiliate Sub-processors may provide one or more of the following roles: customer support, professional services, engineering, or systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
